So, I'm back into the lovely life of school from 9am to 8pm.
Yay *fake cheering*
Anyway, here's my current workout schedule:
Monday/Wednesday : 9am Body sculpting (Total body resistance training, 50min)
3pm Cardio Kickboxing (50min) *Pending Instructor Approval due to 'time conflict' (Workout classes are scheduled for 1hour15min to allow for showers if needed, which is conflicting with a chem lab on Wednesday, which I am allowed to be a little late for.)
6:30pm Tai Chi (50min)
Tuesday/Thursday: 1pm Cardio Combo (50 min, includes step, kick, ect...)
3pm Ballroom 1 (50 min....Dancing counts because I'm moving :) )
Everyday: I bike to campus.
On Tues/Thurs I bike A LOT because I go from home, to community college campus for ceramic, to University campus for cardio/dance, then back to community college campus for my computer class. Yeesh.
As far as food goes, I am NOT eating on campus. I'm bringing all my own meals, though I may get fruit or milk on campus as that does not travel well.
So far here's what I have:
Breakfast: Granola bar/ Bagel & fruit
Snack: Veggies or Nuts or Soup
Lunch: Soup or Tofu/'chickn' strips/veggie sausage & veggies
Snack: Nuts/veggies & fruit or yogurt
Dinner: ?? That I'm eating at home. But it'll be healthy and in good proportions :)
I AM SOOOOO out of shape! Yeesh. I've been doing stuff on my own, but I forgot how much my body sculpting teacher kick ass. And reminds you that you're paying her to do this ;)
I have a feeling that I'm going to die for a couple weeks until I get into the flow of it. That's how it goes though.
So that's my update for now :)

Ehn.....
I could use the excuse of being wildly busy this past while.
Buuuuut since I'm making my own schedule right now that's not much of an excuse even if I do fill my days up.
Sooooo.
According to a scale I don't trust at all (One morning before a doc appointment it showed me at 30lbs higher than 3 different scales at the docs office, and another time it was under by 15lbs...) says that I haven't lost weight.
But my clothes fit better (I think so, and I need to wear a belt with all my pants now). My energy levels are meh, but that's due to some other stuff.
Food.
Damn you food, why you so tasty?
But really, I've been doing fine.
Much healthier choices all around, pretty good on portions, and I'm working on making this food schedule stick:
Breakfast, Snack 1, Lunch, Snack 2, Dinner, Dessert/Snack3 (or both if I need)
We're gettin there.
I need to actually make my doc appointment though.....Need to discuss health related things.
I am still rockin the getting healthy bandwagon, but until school starts and I get settled into my new schedule I might not blog much.
Good luck all! (Not that you need it ;) )
