Note to self: Try to remember what classes you have each day. Having remembered this, do not decide it'll be 'fine' if you upgrade to 10lb weights for everything in body sculpting....Having done this anyway, don't decide to use 15lb weight in kickboxing. Having done that anyway, for the love of whatever do NOT bike to meet TechMan after work.

Not to mention that I got maybe 3 hours of sleep last night.
GAH....UTI....Evil...owwww.
I will update for real in a few days when I don't feel like pain.
