My current goals:
Long Term Goals (1.5 years)
1) Reach a healthy weight, body fat %, or BMI range. (Ideal weight range: 136-150, about 25% body fat)
2) Reduce long term health risks through weight loss (type 2 diabetes, heart problems)
Short Term Goals (2-3 months)
(First 2-3 months): Establish a set workout routine, weekly meal plans, and reward system.

I've thought of a nickname for my partner: TechMan. Fitting as he is in tech support. I'll see if it sticks, not sure if I like it yet.
And off I go to bike and meet TechMan when he gets off work.
Edit: Biked 5 miles total. Ended up going on a couple errands and getting some groceries for healthy bean burritos and veggies and stuff.

Way to go on the biking! I wish I could bike more often. One of the drawbacks of living in a crowded big city. Have a great week!
