Found an interesting article through comments on someone's blog (can't find which it was though).
http://www.womenshealth.gov/news/english/616671.htm
Basically it says what we knew, EAT BREAKFAST (which I didn't today >.> ...but I got up really late).
But it also says to make breakfast the largest meal of the day, and to include a piece of chocolate (1 ounce).
Why?
"...she said, by having a small piece of chocolate or candy when serotonin levels are high, it won't taste as good, and the brain won't feel the same serotonin boost, which will eventually help cut down on cravings."
Now that I have readers (still excited), what do you think about this?
It's something I might try (not sure about the chocolate thing), because I don't eat breakfast enough.

I had always heard that it was eat breakfast like a King and eat dinner like a popper. But then I also heard that calories burn no matter what time of the day we eat them and its over all in vs out that counts *shrug* who knows lol.
Hope you have a wonderful day!

I am trying to do the breakfast thing, but won't the chocolate thing! I want to retain that glorious feeling when I do allow myself a piece! She must not be a chocolate lover! LOL! Thanks for sharing!
I always eat breakfast unless I get up ridiculously late. I think my favourite breakfast includes eggs. As for the chocolate thing...I prefer to savour a piece after dinner. It has to be dark chocolate because I get out of control with milk chocolate.
Love your blog title!
Welcome to the HYC!
Is that ever interesting. I'd try chocolate in the morning, heck I'd eat chocolate ANYTIME! LOL!
I'm a firm believer in that it doesn't matter WHEN you eat your calories throughout the day. It's all about calories IN vs. calories OUT. The majority of my food is eaten after 7pm. I eat small amounts of healthy food throughout the day, then I turn into snacky snackster at night :OP
I do believe it's important to have a light breaky though. It gets your metabolism up and running for the day :O)
breakfast is really important...and I have heard that an ounce of dark chocolate is good for you....I guess it wouldn't matter if it was for breakfast....at least you could burn off the fat by bedtime :)
