Got new shoes today that should help with my knee pain. They're Z-coil shoes, and they are veeeerry bouncy. Can't find a website to show the picture, but they looks strange lol.
Ended up walking 2 miles with a friend, and they feel pretty good.
No biking today, but 2 miles walking. (Not normally going to list millage for walking I think, too hard to get google maps to chart the right route)
Ate fairly healthy so far. Had a small gelato with my friend, but I've had healthy meals/snacks otherwise.

How's it going? I'll read back through a couple of your posts to see if you said anything about any losses lately.
